We've now stayed at the Parnell Hotel and Conference Centre a number of times and we've had a great stay each time. The staff are always efficient and friendly and the rooms are spotlessly clean. This is definitely our first-choice hotel whenever we visit Auckland.

Friendly staff at check in and check out. Very clean, spacious room with view. Well appointed kitchenette with everything you need during a short stay. Hotel is easy walking distance to Parnell shops and public transport into CBD. Highly recommend.

Stayed here many years, always lovely, clean and so convenient especially the restaurant and parking facilities available at no charge which is so hard to have that facility..😊😊

Fabulous as usual - we prefer the studio units at the back and were delighted with the newly renovated bathrooms. The restaurant was excellent as usual and dinner was extremely reasonably priced especially the wine specials. Our favourite place to stay in Auckland.
