The property is connected to the paddington station! This made commuting around london easy for us. The staff are also helpful and polite! If we come back to london we will definitely book this hotel again.

Air conditioning is a low of 18c which made the room too hot. It has a setting restriction and is too hot for the room. It was very uncomfortable

The biggest advantage of Hilton London Paddington is its unbeatable location. Being directly connected to Paddington Station made getting around London and traveling to and from Heathrow incredibly convenient. The front desk team was consistently kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. They made check-in and any questions we had easy to handle. The hotel itself is decent, but there are a few areas that could be improved. My room was comfortable enough, although it had some signs of dampness. The bathroom ventilation fan ran continuously throughout the night, and the noise made it difficult to sleep. The elevators were also frequently out of service or extremely slow, which was frustrating during busy times. Breakfast was good overall, but the customer service could be much better. The lady managing the breakfast area made us feel as though we were trying to eat without paying, which created an uncomfortable experience. A friendlier and more welcoming approach would make a big difference. Overall, I would recommend this hotel primarily for its fantastic location. If your plan is to spend your days sightseeing and you mainly need a convenient place to sleep, it’s a solid choice. If you’re looking for a hotel where you’ll spend a lot of time enjoying the facilities, you may want to consider other options.
