walls are quite thin so i could hear the rooms next to me ie music, banging, talking. the gym was very small. the elevators broke while i was on it, luckily i was able to force the doors open but it wasn’t great. the hotel was also extremely busy with young kids (i think they had a sports tournament or something) but, being on holiday, its not ideal to have noisy kids everywhere running around all the time

The hotel has staff with very responsive and good service, reception was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean and good value. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and selection. The availability of cold water on each floor was very welcome during the heatwave. The outside tables were great for relaxing and having drinks. The location is great being adjacent to the mall, underground and tram service.

Great location for walking or taking the transit to activities. Clean rooms that were comfortable and a fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff are lovely and helpful.
