Staff was great and very helpful. Found some garbage under the beds and the AC wouldn’t stay on hold, so would warm up through the night. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Buen desayuno, el personal muy atento. El arreglo de la habitación no fue siempre el mejor, una noche encontramos una tohalla húmeda dentro de la cama. Se ve que solo estiraron la cama

Happy traveller! Very pleased with this hotel that really suited me and my family needs for 2 nights in Paris. It had a good price without compromising on the comfort, the area was nice close to Opera, Galerie Lafayette, metro station, lovely cafes, shops nearby, easy to go to the main touristic sites. Hotel room was spacious, air con worked well which was really appreciated during the heatwave we were in, shower was good, bed and bedding clean and very comfortable, quiet room, good selection for breaksfast, staff very polite and friendly, definitely will choose this hotel again on my next visit, thank you!
