Pros: Spacious room (for NYC), quality towels, Rooftop bar, plenty of convenient outlets and good lighting in room and bathroom. Cons: Had to ask the front desk multiple times to refill my body wash, water only available on the 2nd floor amenity room, poor quality hair dryer.

They prioritized my early check in despite not having availability. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They take pride in their work and treat visitors with the upmost respect. They give out water bottles upon arrival and have a beverage station on the 2nd floor. That was super cool, great for the environment and helps with hydration! The beverage center had fun seltzer machines, coffee, tea, and accompaniments. The room was very clean, modern, pretty, and the windows actually opened. I would 100% come back and would 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone coming to NYC.

Great location, stunning view of Empire State Building from Rooftop bar. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with all usual amenities. Wish he had explored the convenience room on floor 2 earlier in our stay, where we could have filled our complimentary water bottles with an array of different flavoured waters in addition to the variety of teas and freshly brewed coffees available. Central to everywhere and would definately stay there again.

Loved our stay at The Kixby. Great location and very clean and safe. The only issue I had was the constant slamming of doors in the early morning hours. We were on the PH level so not sure if it was other guests or workers but it made it hard to get good sleep.

My flight to NYC was cancelled due to severe thunderstorms and tornado warnings. You would think the staff at the Kixby would understand when things outside of a travelers control happen but no they charged me anyway. Terrible customer service - I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will personally never stay there ever.
