AC didnt not work. Power went off one night. I asked for an iron/steamer, was deliver to my room, i went out and when i came back to the room steamer was gone. They went into my room to get the steamer without notice. This is the second time i stay at this hotel and the same thing happened twice. I asked for the steamer the next day and it was never delivered, i had to used my clothes like that. Horrible service in my opinion.

Good spacious room, great bed! It was a genuine double bed which seems a rare treat in Europe. Only downside to the room is the technology, weird digital version of the key slot that seems to deactivate the Aircon in the middle of the night! Staff were great, breakfast was really good with Rooftop dining and bar. Very walkable to the train station

The hotel itself is OK but the location and surroundings are kind of unclean. We syayted on the ground floor and the sound proofing and smell proofing was bad. The room will smell like drainage occasionally- I can’t figure if it can from outside trash or from drain pipes. The staff were helpful and better than most Italian small hotels. The breakfast was bad and their staff weren’t the best there

There was a charge for using the gym on the bill when I checked out which was quite irritating.
