The room is very small with only a bed and bathroom. The room condition is really so so. There is a shared sitting area outside. It is not worth it, even though the location is good.

The property is old and the common areas not well maintained. The rooms we had initially were deplorable.
We ended up in a 2 bedroom "suite", if you can call it that. The bathroom door requires you to have good arm strength in other to open it. There was hair everywhere from the previous guest - that should tell you about how well the room was cleaned. The property can have potential if it is maintained.

The room was big enough for 3 people. No hand towels provided. Sofa bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast is juice, coffee and bread so not a real breakfast. You have to go to the lounge to get drinking water for your room daily. Elevators are a bit slow. Close to many good places to eat and to transportation options.

Location is excellent for food and shopping. Wan chai has 3 parallel streets offering hundreds of small restaurants and shops . We stay for 4 nights and eat at 3 different restaurants every day. No really need to go elsewhere, apart from sight seeing. MTR is 5 min away. Iclub is more like modern self serviced apartment than a hotel, small reception area and tea and coffee room on the 5 floor. but room cleaned daily with fresh towel. Wifi is relatively slow and limited to 4 devices ,after which you have to pay . For price and location , will return again.
