The onsen was not very clean, and the food options were extremely limited and did not accommodate different dietary preferences.

Rooms were clean. Private Onsen was small but nice! Beds were stiff and so were pillows. All the amenities were nice. Loved the bar foot soak!

Easy check in. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the private balcony onsen bath, worth every penny. Restaurants and stores all within walking distance. We didn't even have to rent a car.

The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because my floors weren’t clean when I checked in. Staff, location, everything else was amazing.

Very handy for the train station and ropeway. Quiet area at night but it has a good bar and facilities. With a restaurant / coffee opposite.
