Room was clean and good value for money. They are tiny but do the job. There is only one washer and dryer though so expect to wait a bit if you need to do laundry. Overall I would recommend / stay here again.

Excellent location, but the room was very small. I paid a premium for a good room, but the front desk clerk assigned me a windowless room. When I complained about it, they blamed the hotel.com. The hotel was not at full occupancy, and I asked to upgrade my room, but they ignored my request. It was a horrible experience. I won't be booking on your site. I had similar situations, and the other hotel booking sites fixed the problem right away.

The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Great location and excellent service. We had a pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.

Hotel has good service, can warm up snacks at their lobby. Getting cab was not easy due to peak time, however their staff, Miss Yun was very friendly and helpful, assisted to book taxi for us after check-out.
