Great food, very comfotable & clean rooms, very quiet. Easy to park. Overall a great experience. Have stayed many times befor e& will definitely stay there as much as possible when in Maitland & Newcastle.

Staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of parking. Only thing which needs to be updated are the towels, they are very thin, small and old. We did get woken up by carpet cleaners, was very loud, which was also annoying.

Easy check-in at the bar. Good size room. Air con working well. Free parking right outside accommodation. Bathroom could do with a makeover, looking tired.

Clean room, comfortable beds. Would have been 5 star if the air conditioner in room 15 worked better - especially on a 36 degree day and warm night.
