Facilities and grounds were beautiful. The staff was very accommodating. Food very good, Lots of options. Dined at The Pullman one night. Fabulous menu, wine pairing and atmosphere.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Check in was easy. Our only complaint is the service for breakfast—one day they forgot our order, the next was just slow.

We loved the hotel but the Tasting at Pullman was too long, only the sweet tastings were deserving of a Michelin star, and we left hungry. Based on this, we felt the experience was lacking and overpriced.

TV didn’t work, 2 room service orders, 2 wrong orders. Noisey, noisey, noisey room - got about 4 hours of sleep. Huge disappointment. I do not recommend!
