The carpet in the room was overall sticky and linty/dusty. I stepped on the carpet a few times to get to the slippers and the bottoms of my socks were covered with dust and lint. Everything else was fine

This was my third time using Green Rich. It is always nice to stay at this hotel: the room is propre and spacious. And the staff is very cordial and helpful. Also, the breakfast was excellent in a remodeled dining room.

The breakfast is always delicious! However, this time, there was a problem with drainage from the bathtub, so the floor in the bathroom got flooded. Also, somehow this time, the Internet access was extremely week, so I could not download the information from the airline. One of the employees did try his best to solve the situation, but unfortunately, I could not have the access. Since we live in the world that to be able to access to the Internet is almost necessary, so I was not too satisfied with it. Otherwise, all employees were very cordial.

This hotel has everything we want. Laundry room, hot water, breakfast, parking, and it's right next to the station.
