Lovely stay very nicely decorated boutique hotel. The only negatives were the wifi wasn’t very good and you could hear the traffic from the main road (from the 3rd floor) maybe rooms higher up would be quieter.

Lovely hotel. Right next to public transport. Good central location, we were able to walk everywhere whilst we stayed here. Friendly and helpful staff. Big rooms, with nice bathrooms. Good selection of drinks in the lobby/cafe.

Beautifully designed hotel. Our favourite hotel room of our trip. The hotel is well placed fo getting to all the sights. Great laundry facilities including an iron to borrow. In reception there was a complementary soft drink (and beer) bar for guests. The tea areas - with water dispensers and tea making facilities were great..We were less keen on the breakfast which was western style, but that was a minor niggle.

The property was well maintained, very clean, the decor was minimalist and very nicely designed. The laundry room was very useful (and popular with guests in the evenings), the 2 tea tables on the 3rd and 5th floor were often empty and peaceful for sitting and enjoying the free tea. My only issue was that we didn't get the expected room upgrade at check-in for Expedia Gold VIP status even though it looked like larger rooms were still available on the website.

A really welcoming hotel, perfectly located near near Kenroku-en, Kanazawa Castle Park, Omicho Market, and not too far from Higashiyama. Easy walk into downtown area too. Modern Japanese room was spacious and comfortable. There are good laundry facilities too, with multiple machines.
