It's not their fault actually. The next door karaoke bar was next to my room. They were yelping the whole night until 4 am!!. And it was mid week. Imagine what weekend is like.

Very poor ventilation, can sleep well due to someone smoke inside the Hotel and the smoke somehow get into the room and the all room become smiley. Open the window couldn’t help.

I stayed for 2 nights. Wifi is good. There are a lit of restaurants nearby. Also convinience stores. Hotel rate is good but for that my room is without window. :-)
