Hotel Route - Inn Ebina Ekimae

The hotel was very conveniently located close to Ebina Station. It is especially close to JR Ebina Station, but the larger station is only a few minutes walk from the JR station. Lalaport Mall is literally right next to the hotel. You can go there to get all your shopping done. The breakfast buffet was quite amazing. You can enjoy a combination of Japanese breakfast items as well as some choices that suit the western pallete. The second floor has a Japanese style bath which was a really nice alternative to the bathroom in the room. The only downside for us was that we were a family of 4 and had to book to rooms with 2 beds each. When we arrived at Ebina station, it was raining quite hard. Thankfully, the path from the station to Lalaport provides roofing so you won't get wet. You might get wet during the short walk from Lalaport to the hotel.

The breakfast was great! I did not like that they don’t have water bottles at the front desk, just a vending machine that doesn’t accept credit card.

Love everything about this hotel. Breakfast buffet is amazing and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I enjoyed my stay here for 17 nights very much! The staff is friendly and helpful and speaks English as needed. The food is good and an excellent location to travel to and from with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby! I would stay here again. Beds are kind of hard for Americans but doable.

Service was good. Food was good. Location was excellent. Super close to many stores and train station. Staff spoke perfect English was very helpful and they were all professional and friendly I would stay here again

Staff was kind and courteous. I am vegetarian and they don’t have many options for a vegan on the breakfast buffet. But it was still nice to have breakfast included in the price of the room. The room was comfortable and had a refrigerator and hot water kettle for tea which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
