We arrived and received keys for a room with broken lock After some time we were changed to next room which was not well prepared, only 1 towel, not well clean Went to the restaurant in the hotel expecting quick dinner and took over 40 min for the food to arrive

This hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Very central and across the street from Gautrain station. Staff was really friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Complimentary shuttle to and from SANDTON city mall and the breakfast was really enjoyable.
