Great choice for Khiva. Comfortable small hotel in a perfect location for exploring the old city. The in-house travel service can arrange rides and tours to all of the local sights. Highly recommended.

Cobwebs everywhere. Beds were very hard. Staff was very nice and location was fantastic.

This hotel is situated in a super convenient location, in the very heart of Khiva. Rooms are very clean and cozy. The owner/receptionist is very hospitable and helpful. This hotel deserves only high rates. Thanks!

I lived staying inside the walls. I choose this hotel because I had heard the manager had a good selection of trips. There was no pressure he even tried to get me to not talk about it immediately. I was in a hurry thoughm we had a great daytrip to the fortress and a reasonable taxi to the airport at 2am. I really appreciated the help and hospitality. We had a nice large room with lots of heat and hot water which is important in November as Khiva is colder than other towns. Great operation overall.
