සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු It is supposed to be 100% smoke free but in hallway we got a strong smell of smoking weed in the room. When we reported to the two staffs in the check-in counter (July 25, 2026 around 7 pm) but they were not helpful at all. The guy said it is legal to smoke weed in here (Ontario, Canada) and nothing we can do about it. Why hotel posted “This hotel is 100% Smoke Free” sign if the staffs do not care to enforce?

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු After the first night of stay, we came back late in the night at 11.30 room that was not cleaned. No explanation given! The water in the bath tub drained too slow, complained to the front desk, never addressed! They show a don't care attitude. Breakfast area is too small for a hotel with so many rooms. The best thing about the hotel was free parking.
