හොඳයි Not perfect but an OK place to stop for the night. A little more attention to detail on the cleaning would have helped.

හොඳයි We only stayed a night and the elevator was not working so we had to carry all our bags and walk up. No one to help! And the Air Conditioning didn’t work in our room, it turned on for about 15-20 mins then shut off. We ended up having to get up in the middle of the night to turn it on a couple of times. Couldn’t manage to rest properly!!!!!😞😞😞😞😞

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in my time and don’t fill in many reviews. But felt that the staff and I mean all of them were the nicest and helpful people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting for a long time , well done everyone

Clean, air conditioned room on a warm summers night. Close enough to the city centre, parking pricey but staff helpful. Breakfast OK but not amazing.

My teens were expected to stay on an uncomfortable pull out that was smaller than a love seat it was so uncomfortable the boys preferred sleeping on the floor.. With the bed pulled out there was no space if you wanted to look in your suitcase (we had 4 roll aboards and 4 back packs) you could only open them on the bed. There was not even a chair in our room not that there was space for one. The breakfast did not have many choices and was cold.

One of the worst Holiday Inns I would say. Dirty bathroom, unclean carpet and a breakfast which my dog might also refuse - English breakfast without eggs - seriously?! And mega watered down juice and guests struggling to find a seat in the breakfast room that was overcrowded. Seriously understaffed, resulting in a slow checkin process too. I won’t complain too much about a discounted parking charge of £50, as the room rates are way cheaper than other hotels without parking in the area. So if you add that up, it won’t hurt much. The only upside that has prevented the rating fall further are the staff members - super polite, helpful and professional. Special thanks to Harvey and the other lady (Kiera?) at the reception.
