La ubicacion excelente, la habitacion perfecta y con todo lo que uno precisa. El equipo excelente , super atentos y serviciales. La comida buenisima!. Lo unico malo , que para mi es critico, el internet que se corta todo el tiempo e influye sobre las posibilidad de trabajar y tambien de ver TV ya que el mismo esta conectado al internet y se cortaba todo el tiempo. Estoy seguro que entienden la importancia del internet en estos tiempos y lo solucionaran. Yo seguire yendo, con la esperanza de que asi sea.

Deben mejorar el servicio en el desayuno, media hora antes del cierre parecía desatendido , faltaban platos y vasos … por un buen rato . Por lo demás muy bien

Staff shines at this property. Ignacio, Patricio, Nicolas, William, Esteban, and Christina were all above average in their attention to guests. Strong air conditioning in the room, helpful housekeeping, and strong security make this a top choice for Santiago.

Excelente ubicacion. A cinco minutos de Cenco Costanera mall de 7 pisos con multiples restaurantes. Es una Zona segura donde se puede caminar. La estacion del metro esta a 5 minutos del hotel.

The location is pretty good, it’s clean, but the amenity is poor. We booked a room for two adults, they just supply one tooth brush cup and one mock tower. By the way the towers are old and not clean enough. The bathroom door is sliding down authority with noise. Tiny sink top for personal stuff. You can hear the neighbors’ voice. The TV, poor channel choice. And we can’t use our own YouTube or Netflix or even casting.

I love the beds and pillows of this hotel. You can get a good nice sleep. Also the breakfast has variety and the location is great. Even though the pool is small, you can get a nice relaxing time.
