I selected this property for our family Summer vacation in July 2026. The ultimate decision to stay at Portofino was the convenience of being able to walk to all the Universal parks including City Walk. The taxi ride, the garden pathway, even the shuttles are all very convenient and easy to access. Keep in mind that Epic Universe requires you to be shuttled, as it is not in the same vicinity as the other parks. Back to Portofino, there is an aroma that the entire hotel has. A very good one that welcomes you in. Everywhere you turn, this aroma follows you all the way to your hotel room. The rooms are very spacious, for a family of four, we had plenty of wiggle room. Very kid friendly establishment. Loved our 6-day stay. Very thankful for such an amazing experience.

We managed to check in at 9:00am, room was beautiful and well located, staff super friendly and really helpful. Fast passes were the icing on the cake and great deal booking with Expedia.

Siemplemente espectacular, cada detalle es finamente cuidado, el lago y su jardín espectacular, la comida no es tan buena es lo único a recalcar, las habitaciones con camas cómodas y espaciosas, la piscina algo divino. Volvería de nuevo pero estaba vez me quedaría más días.
