Super 8 by Wyndham Mount Laurel

Pros: good location to food and highway; GREAT staff Cons: dirty room carpet (I never walked w/o shoes on in the room), one elevator and it was broken, air conditioning units old and barely kept the room cool enough, back door always propped open (I think it's a safety concern) Overall summary: you pay for what you get, I've stayed at better Super 8s but you are not staying at a high end hotel, the staff is amazing and I wish they had better conditions so they don't have to deal with upset guests, I don't eat breakfast so that wasn't a concern for me but if you do you will be disappointed, I might not stay at this location again unless I'm in a pinch with money

Booking in the place was OK. When we got to the room the TV wasn’t working. There was no coffee pot or hot water and no microwave. The air conditioner was very noisy. After coming back to the hotel, the room was very dirty and wasn’t clean. I called downstairs and ask why the room wasn’t clean and was told that I had to request the room to be cleaned. I told them that when we initially booked in we should’ve been informed that we had to request for the room to be cleaned. I had to call downstairs for cleaning supplies and bag and cleaned the room myself. The maintenance man came to the room and fixed the TV. The next issue was breakfast, there were no bagels, no donut no muffins and yet it is considered breakfast. All we had was banana oranges and soft granola bars. Overall I was very disappointed. The price doesn’t reflect the service. You can do much better.

My room was clean and everything worked. The staff was very nice and helpful. The vending machines were well stocked. I did not eat breakfast so I can't comment on that, however it is nice that they offer it. I would definitely stay here again!
