We stayed on the 14th floor. It was very clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating and answered all our questions. Very nice location with everything in walkable distance. The only downside is that the walls can be a little bit thin. We could sometimes hear voices, and slamming doors. We do know this is a very old building, so we took that into account. Otherwise, we loved this hotel.

This was my first time stay at this hotel. It is located near Union Square and all the other hotels so it is easy to take public transportation from here to get all over the city. The room was spacious. The front desk was very friendly, but it was not easy to request an early check-in or a late checkout. The hotel does not have parking, but will recommend other lots that are walkable to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience I would stay here again.

I stayed here for the first time post remodel and it was super clean and well maintained. The area has really been cleaned up. I am hoping the hotel does not let the rooms get run down and keeps them up and looking fresh and clean.
