Excellent on all fronts; the staff, the service both front desk, concierge, spa services and the tea restaurant- Cafe Royale. We continue to enjoy the ambience and the service.

Staff and the attention to detail is outstanding. Really luxury feel to the whole hotel and it’s spotless. To all the staff that worked to make my mum’s birthday so special I’m so grateful. Particularly Shravya (sorry about the spelling!) - so professional and friendly.
