Overall an amazing stay! Good breakfast and friendly staff. Room was as expected but some minor room for improvement in cleanliness.

The property is a home stay, meaning that the family also live on site, this gives a window into authentic Balinese living. The rooms are functional but not at all fancy. The buildings are a bit shabby, but kept clean. The people are lovely and extremely helpful. Breakfast is from a set menu, it is a sufficient feed (meal drink and fresh fruit platter). Locationally easy walking distance to all of Ubud and attractions.

නියමයි We had to come and go very quickly as we are here for work. Our morning had us leaving at 7am (before the time breakfast is typically available). The family kindly brought fresh fruit, coffee, and even an egg sandwich to our verandah at 6:40 in the morning! Very kind hosts, indeed!
The water pressure and heat is not as strong as other places you will go, but was fine for us.
Comfy bed and nice and quiet despite a central location.

Really nice place to stay in Ubud. The place was always clean and the staff were always happy to help if we had any questions about the area. Would be happy to come back if we ever return to Ubud.
