Good location…fairly quiet street; can get to central part of old town with 5-6 minute walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. Older hotel but overall clean. You can exchange dollars to VND no charge. Just let front desk know ahead of time to ensure they have VND available.

Excellent location with a 5 star is deserving of this remarkable and beautiful hotel, A Big Thank You to the ambassador to their hotel by the name of "Lily". You can be assured of her warm and genuine smile and will put, any weary Traveller at ease. Her remarkable peoples, touch is infectious and the happiness from everyone staying there shows. We would definitely recommend, anyone coming to Hanoi to experience this centrally located hotel. You would be spoilt for choice. Food to clothings to souvenirs are lined along every street you walk. The staffs are very well mannered, smartly dressed and caters to your every need if you need any advise or help. A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT Hanoi E Central Hotel. A Memory of a Lifetime.

This small hotel was our Hanoi home away from home, off and on, for 2 weeks. Excellent location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, just outside the main tourist section. Close to the lake, shops, and restaurants. Clean and quiet, with a nice breakfast. The staff was excellent - whether for booking tours, tickets, limousines and Grab rides, or re-arranging our scheduled stay - and after various excursions out of town we were welcomed back as old friends. Hanoi E Central is one of the reasons we'll carry fond memories of our visit to Viet Nam back home. Thanks to Lily and all the rest of the hotel staff!
