A very nice and clean hotel. My only slight criticisms were apart from check in I didn’t see a member of staff and the lighting in the bathroom wasn’t bright enough.

Gym is under cover but no AC as it’s outside. AC weights room is basic. No lights/power/charger by the bed. Quite noisy as no double glazing and some windows didn’t shut properly. Also near the airport flight path! OK but not amazing.

The staff was extremely helpful with everything. Our flight put us there about 4 hours early and they allowed us to store our luggage while we explored the mall. My wife was going through a little jet lag, so they allowed her to change and use the rooftop pool. When I went around 1300 just to see if the room was ready, she informed me that they upgraded our room to executive. We booked a 2 hour couples massage on the 2nd floor and it was outstanding. The room was very nice and the air conditioner was working extremely well. Breakfast was great both days. Zero reasons not to book there again. Walking distance to the mall and One Nimman with the White market.

Hotel staff was nice. The pictures of the hotel look cleaner than it actually is. I did find two cockroaches in my room and I was on the highest floor of the hotel. The lounge chairs outside of the pool were only two, with no cushions. Completely out of towels. Perhaps it's just a "you get what you pay for" situation as the hotel was very low price.

Lots of restaurants, bars and other things (massage, laundry, etc) close by. About 10 mins wall to Maya mall. Breakfast very good with an excellent range of food. Pools were great! Perhaps a little noisy at night on occasions due to proximity to restaurants, bars etc but even as someone who doesn't like noise, it was fine. Well maintained property, great location. Would stay again.
