This is a great hotel. I have stayed here multiple times on my way through Dhaka.

Really great location close to the airport so you get to avoid some of the traffic in the city. Staff at the hotel were all great start to finish, the food at the restaurants and room service was excellent and the staff were always attentive and available. The hotel driver (Khokon) was also great, was always on time and easy to communicate with.

Great hotel option in Dhaka. Clean and large rooms with great staff. Good dinning options in hotel and large gym.

This is a very good hotel. Not superb….but very good. A few things I could pick at, but the biggest is the lighting in the room. Staying over 100 nights a year in different hotels, I’m convinced that the management doesn’t actually STAY in their rooms for a few days. They walk in and look around and think about staying there. But only after you actually STAY in a room for more than a day do you begin to see holes. There are hotels that I don’t expect everything to be right, and I don’t complain. However, at these prices, there should be nothing wrong. The one thing I’ll mention is the lighting in the room. It is odd at best. The biggest thing is that if you want to turn the light on over the bed, you have to have all the other lights in the room off. You can’t have the bed light and the room lights on at the same time. I even called the manager and he tried, and said that it was programmed that way deliberately. It’s annoying….really annoying. And again, normally I wouldn’t care….but at these prices, it shouldn’t be this way. I suspect that Marriott made this decision, so that a person couldn’t turn on all the lights at once and supposedly waste electricity….however… for $400+ a night….I shouldn’t have to say this. Then there is no light over the coffee maker and fridge area. It’s completely dark. Then there is no light above the tub…again….dark. So, overall a very good hotel. But for this price, it should be superb. Mr. Kazi Rubayet deserves praise from management.

Refused to bill in USD as per the booking, used an inflated rate to convert to local currency costing me 140 pounds more against the original booking. Clearly ripping people off intentionally. For context. They used 125 to the usd verses the interbank and change rate of 109 on the day. Rip off merchants

Great hotel and service , location is right near the airport , food is delicious

Check in was horrible. There was no line. People came from all over the place and overtaking. One of the manager was giving preference to his known people. The breakfast selection was good. Room service was slow. Overall, I will not stay there again.

The cleanliness, courtesy, professionalism. Overall each staff provided the best service. This is very unique experience with so good feeling
