Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff speaking very good English and made us welcome straight away. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Marco Piatza and loads of other historical sites. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide array of foods suitable for all persons. Again the staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and the cost of staying was very competitive

Room was nice, staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. On our last day, we didn't have time for breakfast, but the staff put together a bag of snacks with fruit and bottle of water for us to take on the train which was waiting for us upon checkout. Very sweet of them.

Wonderful staff. Room was a little too small for two people. Very good breakfast, but not enough room for all guests to sit. Shower did not work properly - water was either cold or boiling. Great location.

My wife and I found the hotel, small and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we would defiantly recommend it as a base for exploring Venice.

This is the cutest and most quaint little hotel! My 2nd time staying there. The brkfst spread is incredible and the staff is the most kind and helpful I have ever experienced at a hotel. Cannot recommend enough, and will stay there again if/when travel back to Venice!

From the moment we walked into the door until the time we left, we were treated with the upmost respect and customer centric staff who made you feel right at home. The complementary breakfast was relaxing and a great way to start your day!

Great location, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with newly refurbished on-suites. Although small for many other European hotels they are larger than many in Venice. Breakfast was superb with lots of plentiful choice. Would highly recommend. Great value for money
