Like a little home from home. Made to feel very welcome by the lovely owners. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Clean and tidy. What more could you ask for.

Was a great little room with almost everything we needed. No oven but did have a stove top so was manageable. Custodians were very approachable and happy to help when needed

This is the worst motel I ever stayed in Christchurch. I've been here 6 times. I was wondering why it had a very high score, which was why we chose this motel than the 4 stars hotel in the area. This is more like a 2 stars than 3 stars. The room had a musty smell. The unit key was difficult to use. They did not clean the room on 2nd day so we did not get any service. The kitchen lacked some items. The towels were small and thin and was not replaced. There were missing light bulbs. The place needed some renovation. Also, I noticed that this was the only motel with vacancy in the area. There was no person at the office most of the time. The worst thing was that the manager told me to open the blinds during the day and not turn on the lights to keep their costs low. Mind boggling!
