Room needs an update. It was ok to sleep but our window had a dismal view on the bottom floor and we just had to keep the drapes closed as privacy was an issue. Room could be detail cleaned.

Rooms were very clean with cold AC. Good kitchenette for longer stays. The issue I had was the attached bathroom is a wet bath, with the shower not being isolated and draining into a central drain in the bathroom. The floor in my room had areas where the water would pool and gradually move to the door, and took hours for the water to dry between the doorway, toilet and sink (sink is opposite the doorway) if not squeegeed. Breakfast is a bit overpriced for what is on offer. Find a local bakery. Otherwise very affordable, with good access to central Avignon.

The courtyard should be cleaned up there was a bag of what I don't know and beer bottles in a planter bed and garbage all over doesn't make a good impression inside the building it was very clean however

The bed had two martresses pulled together, somwhat uncomfortabe. Disgusting smell in the kitchenette. Excellent location, good service, convenient, good price, comfortable.

EMON at reception was very belpful in securing a same-day appointment for dental emergency! Gracious staff, great location & laundry for travelers. Outdoor rooftop terrace, nearby grocery and bakery a bonus!
