The room floor carpet was not clean. I was uncomfortable to walk on it barefoot and there was unpleasant smell in the room. The stuff and service was OK but it's definitely not four star hotel feeling.

We booked the room for four and the housekeeping only put two sets of bath towels day after day. We had to call and ask pretty much everyday for an additional two sets of bath towels. Other then this the hotel and staff is great. I will recommended to friend and family traveling the area.
