Nach der ersten Nacht haben wir das Personal gefragt, ob wir das Zimmer wechseln können, da es leider recht laut war. Man ist direkt auf unseren Wunsch eingegangen und das neue und sehr ruhige Zimmer hat un sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal und Silvia sind sehr freundlich und das Frühstück (1 Sandwich und 1 Kaffee) haben uns sehr geschmeckt. Zwischendurch haben wir einen weiteren Kaffee an der Bar getrunken und einen Cornett gegessen. Alles sehr lecker. Das Zimmer ist absolut sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

I never showed up family emergency and i told them in advance they didnt care ….. They took my money without remorse. Shame on them

The room was clean and very functional. Great little town with easy access to Pisa and fantastic local feeling. The breakfast was exceptional and staff was super friendly.

Staff went above and beyond to support us during a late arrival. Much appreciated. Being a bakery was extra special and the food was top quality.

The dominant problem was that although it is described as having AC there was almost no air coming from it so it was useless. We had paid in advance for 2 nights. The comfort was so miserable that we left after the first night and forfeited what we had paid.

If you want to relax in the middle of the Toscana, this is the place. The only problem we had was the AC was cooling enough. 🙄
