Very good time! The location is great, right by old town. It’s spotless & the art is striking/memorable. Top marks to the super helpful and professional reception team - special thanks to Kanan. Room was lovely. Good breakfast daily - buffet, Turkish style & cooked. BThe only thing missing is amenities; for evening. food a chef has to come from another location, and the sale of drinks mysteriously stopped. Not a big issue - we ate out and used the room fridge - but it’s unusual for a place of this calibre. Would be an easy 5-star with that sorted. Best thing was the staff; whole team.

Firstly, the staff at this hotel are exceptional. I want to praise them for their kindness, their hospitality & being so helpful. Shout out to Akbar who on my first night went above & beyond. I am so sorry to have forgotten the lady who worked the breakfast - exceptional is an understatement. One of the sweetest people I have met on this trip, single-handedly managed the room & always with a smile. The staff truly are the best part of the hotel. I couldn’t praise them anymore. Room was huge, beautifully decorated & had great amenities - EXCEPT a decent pillow - that was the biggest complaint & you gave no idea how much a good pillow can improve soo much.

The rooms are incredible!!! I have been to Baku 5 times and stayed at so many hotels, this is the first time I stayed at the Galley Hotel and it is beyond my expectations. The location, service, cleanliness, size, atmosphere exceeded what I expected.

Art gallery hotel is centrally located, the rooms are spacious and the rooms are so well decorated. It’s a boutique hotel and the service and facilities provided are quite amazing. Elchin and Amin helped us communicate with our cab drivers and also welcomed us to check in to the hotel. Overall we had a wonderful stay and this is a recommended stay for your next visit.
