Room was spacious and had 3 single beds as advertised. Location is great with a tram stop right outside your door. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety as well. Would stay again!

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location met my needs perfectly. My only suggestion for improvement is the shower/tub design. The bathtub had unusually high sides, making it difficult to step in and out safely. I'm 6'3", and even I had to bend my legs quite a bit to get in and out. It made me think that older guests or anyone with limited mobility could have a difficult time and potentially be at risk of slipping or falling. Other than that, I had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was a very good one of very good value with great amenities and breakfasts The only thing that needs attention is the bathroom. It looks good but it fails the “functionality test” with little to no shelving and a shower screen that didn’t fully protect the bathroom A small criticism offered as helpful feedback to an otherwise excellent hotel.

At check-in the staff member started the process and then took a phone call leaving us just standing for sometime. No real welcome or friendliness. Hotel looks tired especially the rooms and would class the hotel as maybe 3 to 4 star rather than 5. Breakfast was good with a wide range of options, however the staff member making the fresh egg options needs to be retrained not to touch the meat products and vegetable products or at least change their gloves as vegetarians will be put off.
