Great location. Hotel is a short distance from Canton Tower and great stopping malls. Front desk staff Ethan H. is very helpful. We initially had a difficult time checking in. Upon learning about our situation, Ethan stepped in and made extrs effort to accommodate us, turning our stay into a pleasant experience. We booked an additional 3 nights stay thanks to his help.

The hotel room was clean but had weird configuration that gave me an impression that the it cluttered. And the hotel lobby was at a higher floor of the building which was also confusing to me. The location was very good though.
