The hotel seemed updated and was very clean. Our room was spacious. It was located quite a ways away from the downtown attractions, but there is a metro stop right across from the hotel. There is a restaurant on site that serves good food, but no other restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel does work with a small family restaurant that will pick you up and take you to their restaurant and then back to the hotel, and their food is exceptional! The staff was very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent customer service and great breakfast at the hotel. The only thing to improve further is the inner condition of facility such as the main entrance door, lift, room facility, etc which seems a bit of old style.

The room was excellent, the staff was very professional and pleasant. You could not get a better location. We booked this property twice this month.

Good day!The hotel didn't provide us with our room for technical reasons, and we had no choice but to accept a cheaper room, and they shousd have provided this information to Expedia...We have been waiting for a month for a refund from your company due to the price difference

Everything about the interior of the hotel and the staff was fantastic! The staff was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was top-notch. The only problem was the location, especially in combination with it being New Year’s Eve. The hotel isn’t very close to much, but there were a few restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. Apparently, most restaurants (even McDonalds) close very early on NYE in Italy. We had to get room service because we couldn’t find anywhere to eat nearby. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!
