Good room. Shower ok, did not drain that well. Breakfast nice. Overall a good experience and good value. Tourist tax is expensive

A good hotel well located directly on Metro line 5 for Turin centre (change line at Zara for Duomo). If arriving in a car just drive up to the gate and it will open; beware primarily an underground car park, but about 10 spaces on the surface if you’re in a van. (Cost) Breakfast very good but same every day. Biggest let down in this day and age…. zero USB ports in the room, and zero bedside power sockets, this really needs sorting! Everybody wants their phone by the bed,on charge surely! We were in a decent room on the 5th floor (roof) but view was the back of the hotel sign, very west side story!!)

The hotel seemed updated and was very clean. Our room was spacious. It was located quite a ways away from the downtown attractions, but there is a metro stop right across from the hotel. There is a restaurant on site that serves good food, but no other restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel does work with a small family restaurant that will pick you up and take you to their restaurant and then back to the hotel, and their food is exceptional! The staff was very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent customer service and great breakfast at the hotel. The only thing to improve further is the inner condition of facility such as the main entrance door, lift, room facility, etc which seems a bit of old style.

The room was excellent, the staff was very professional and pleasant. You could not get a better location. We booked this property twice this month.
