Best stay ever in Yokohama, thanks to Hasegawa 하세가와 가쿠. He is incredibly sincere, attentive, and caring. It’s clear that he is truly dedicated to his work and takes great pride in being a hotelier. His exceptional service made my stay memorable. I look forward to coming back whenever I need to use Haneda Airport.
