An older hotel but well-maintained with an Indonesian feel. The breakfast buffet was very authentic and had cultural dishes with English explanations of what was offered. The bath in he bathroom, bathrobes, comfortable bed and great service makes this hotel comfortable. We would visit again.

Next to Grand Indonesia Mall where you can shop for almost everything. Hotel as clean, safe and quiet. Highly recommended

I paid for a Bundaran HI view, but they initially placed me on Level 1 with a view of only trees. It was only after I complained at the reception that they transferred me to Level 7 the following day. Additionally, although I paid for an extra bed, they did not provide an extra towel, forcing me to ask for one. There was also no shoehorn in the room until I requested that as well. The housekeeping staff should thoroughly check the amenities in the room beforehand for the guest's convenience, rather than making us ask for basic items. This is my first inconvenient experience with Kempinski, following my last visit two years ago. Kempinski has always been my number-one choice, but this stay has left me with a very poor impression. I am deeply disappointed this time.

The Kempinski Jakarta is a great place to stay. The staff are very professional and make you feel welcome. The facilities are excellent and the breakfast superb. It's very well located with direct access to the Grand Indonesia Mall. It's close the the MRT and to a Transjakarta bus route.

Location is great ! My room was disaster with teens of mosquitos, i requested to change the room after. The customer service is a little bit poor, tho as VIP membership of Hotels.com
