The layout on the website can fool your eyes. The hotel maintenance is horrible. The bathroom has mildew. The breakfast area is very dirty, with food everywhere on the floor that you can easily slip on. The coffee is really cold, and the staff wouldn't bother to make a fresh one or warm it up. Local families with kids are very loud and noisy. There's a man on the phone with his speaker on while eating breakfast, showing no common sense or courtesy. The staff should have come and told him to lower his voice. They used their hands to get food and spilled it all over the counter and the floor, the staff didn't bother to clean it up. 90% of the guests are local from Vietnam, and 10% are visitors like us from another country. The hotel lobby, hallways, and elevators have no AC throughout the day. If management doesn't improve these issues, the hotel will turn into a 2-star hotel and qualify for local visitors only.
