Room was overpriced for a concert, £400 per night when £220 normally. I’d expect an uplift but not this much.
Room was worn, fan and windows dusty and unclean. Other room had no hot water in shower so unable to use.
Noisy and limited sleep although bed comfortable
No bar as closed.
WiFi non existent and no 5G signal so if you want a quiet night and no shower then ideal place.

Loved the bone china teacups in the rooms and at breakfast. The hotel also had parking which is rare in a city location

This is a great choice if you want somewhere close to the city, with parking and at an excellent price. Room was clean and in good condition as was the en-suite. Breakfast was of a good standard along with outstanding waiting staff. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Absolutely perfect ! Unique Hotel ! well positioned for easy commute to Cardiff, beautiful room, all facilities free car parking, amazing choice of breakfasts served by friendly staff. The lounge/reading room is a blast from the past, vwey well thought out.
I would recommend to anyone, I have to return soon and will definately use this Hotel.
