Hilton London Heathrow Airport Hotel

Good room.

Evening staff was uninformed. My room fridge was broken. The man who was sent to the room said the temperature control needed adjustment. Of course that did nothing. Finally my room was changed.

I initially booked the room with a credit card. That card expired before my actual stay. I received multiple emails daily that I needed to update payment method despite the fact that I updated it after receiving the first note. Ridiculous that I ended up having to call hotel directly about it as they were going to cancel my reservation. Additionally, when I arrived at the hotel, I needed dinner. I wanted room service. I was required to put $100 on my credit card for whatever I might order. I then went to my room, looked at the menu and ordered dinner. When my dinner was delivered, I was required to again provide my credit card for another charge for it, despite the $100 coverage. We'll see if I'm charged for both. Finally, no free coffee in the morning that I could find. Ridiculous. Upsides: The room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good. But I will not stay there again.

Great staff and beautiful property. Nice restaurant and bar and great breakfast. We chose it for those reasons and the fact that its right by the airport, however we still had to pay for a cab to get to the airport. I would expect a free shuttle at the least. Just know that it's not really a walkable trip to get to the airport terminal, especially with luggage.

I stay at this location frequently because I love it! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. It also has air-conditioning, and right now, that’s pretty important! I have had very delicious meals at OXBO, the onsite restaurant. There are choices for vegetarian and meat eaters alike. The staff also takes into consideration dietary preferences and/or restrictions. All in all, this is a really great place to stay on your way in or out of Heathrow!

Airport transfer is not frequent is has a fee. This is not competitive

I only spent a few hours to sleep during a layover, but the experience was great and the location was convenient, although quite a walk from my terminal.

Amazing

Nice clean rooms in a modern hotel that is connected to Heathrow Terminal 4. It is not immediately adjacent, so just be prepared to walk 10 minutes in a covered walkway before exiting out into the outside of the hotel. If you are connecting to other terminals with a lot of baggage, it may be easier to have the hotel arrange a cab.
