A little overrated. Rooms need modernising. Staff and in general the property is very good but it needs a makeover in our opinion.

This hotel had everything and more. We made use of the terrace with a lovely, extensive breakfast served to us by room service. The whole hotel is like a museum. It really is a beautiful space. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This hotel is amazing! No complaints! I will definitely stay again when I return to Siena Tuscany. All the staff were very helpful, kind and attentive with our needs. They recommended great authentic restaurants even made the reservation for us. Hotel was very clean when our room was cleaned daily they left treats for us.
