Extremely unprofessional staff I believe she was Asian she didn’t even ask me for my identification such as passport. I asked her if the Internet in the room works I have to work her answer “ it should work “ Only asked my name on my reservation to check me in. I get to the room it’s outdated musty hot and the bed is soft I tried to charge my phone the electrical sockets didn’t work. I called the receptionist from the room she told me to come downstairs for a room change. I come downstairs they provide terrible service - 3 ladies standing behind the counter. Very cold people zero hospitality experience outdated hotel. I took it as a loss and left lost my money for the night the residence inn across the street is awesome I’m happy I didn’t stay there.

Excelent location great staff beautiful and ruch breakfast amneties are weak. No phone in the room, almost no signal fro, wifi and coffeee machine not operational

Room was a good size, just had a single but the bed was comfy and adequate size. No outdoor space to sit and relax on the property. Location was great, staff helpful

Staff was so nice! Breakfast was underwhelming but views were nice. Coffee bar in the lobby was a big plus and it’s great location that’s walkable to everything.
