Everything was wonderful. The hotel is lovely, sparkling clean and staff was helpful. Aircon is…European at best, so ask for a fan for your room.

Great location, warm staff, classic hotel with a rich history. I highly recommend this place and we enjoyed Bratislava. Will tell family and friends about this great city.

Beautiful hotel in a 17th century building right in the heart of old Bratislava. Rooms are huge, spotless, and well-decorated. Wifi was excellent. Shower pressure was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Rooms had a lot of noise from the outside, as it is in a busy neighborhood. Overall, this is a great choice if you want to stay near the action in Bratislava.

It was beautiful in every respect. Service was polite, professional and timely. Close to many attractions. Very reasonable price for the amenities, location and service. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel. Desk clerks were exceptionally helpful when we had a major issue with a day tour we had booked. Very close to Old Town and other parts of the city.

Personnel à la réception et au dîner très sympathiques et serviables. Grande chambre très propre avec beaucoup de confort. Très bon buffet déjeuner. Pas d’air conditionné mais air frais venant de conduits et ventilateur portatif. Très bel hôtel et situé directement dans la vieille ville. Beaucoup de restaurants. Mon seul désappointement est qu’il n’y avait pas d’endroit sécurisé à l’hôtel pour garer nos vélos et ce n’était pas mentionné dans hôtel.com. Nous les avons garés et barrés une rue plus loin mais c’était quand même stressant. Pour une ville dans l’itinéraire de Eurovélo6, c’est pas acceptable.
