Staff were very friendly. Check in was easy. The room was clean but could use some maintenance. Ie. Things like the roller blind in the bathroom had seen better days. Same with the decorative metal insert in the cabinet door. Counter by coffee maker was stained. But overall clean and comfortable. Yes there is air conditioning, but not very strong. Left the room a bit stuffy at night. If i was a female travelling alone I'm not sure I would stay here as there is no hotel staff after 630pm. Could be a safety issue for some.

We stayed at Nova Suites for one night during our travels through Italy and found it to be an excellent choice, especially for train travelers. The location is very convenient, just a short and easy walk from the train station, which made arriving and departing with luggage simple and stress-free. There are also many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, making it easy to find a meal or pick up anything needed during our stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as expected, and we appreciated the attention to cleanliness and comfort after a busy day of travel. One unique feature was the elevator, which was old, eclectic, and full of character. It added a bit of charm and personality to the experience while still working perfectly. Overall, Nova Suites provided a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay. Its proximity to the train station made it an ideal base for continuing our travels throughout Italy. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Rome.

Great location and very clean. Front desk was available from 7am-7pm and super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in Rome.

Loved our room with its own built in sauna and 6 choice cappuccino machine. The room was very clean and the staff were always cheerful and helpful with all of our tourist questions Location is handy to tourist attractions. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant where we were the only ones eating there. I would give it a 1⭐️ rating. Friendly owner👍

We had a lovely stay here! We were only in Rome for one night, and the location was incredible. We were able to walk everywhere. Ida at the front desk was the best! Not only did she get us in our room early, but actually let us back in to use the bathroom after checking out. All of the staff were so friendly and made our stay great! The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Bonus points that there was an elevator to bring our luggage up. I also felt very safe because you had to open the front doors on your phone. Would definitely stay here again!
