Unprofessional Staffs. Too Noisy surrounded by bars & clubs. Stayed for 5 nights without housekeeping (unhygienic to the core).
Water heater didn't work and had to request the reception several times.
No towels were provided. Had to again request several times.
I recommend you to sleep on streets than choosing this hotel.

Very Bad Experience – Dirty, Noisy, and Poor Service
I had a very disappointing stay at Sun and Sands Downtown Hotel in Dubai. The hotel is poorly maintained — rooms are dirty, and basic cleaning is often ignored. Every night there are loud fights and disturbances from the nightclub located near the lobby and reception, making it impossible to sleep or relax.
The staff are unhelpful and quite rude, showing no concern for guests’ comfort or complaints. It feels like they only care about collecting money rather than providing any real service.
This hotel is definitely not worth the price and does not reflect the hospitality standards expected in Dubai. I strongly do not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and respectful place to stay.

The place was cheap, which is the only benefit. Other than that, the place is dirty, and the whole building smells of cigarette smoke.

Dirty room generally, stained carpets, moldy bathroom, stinking with a smoky odour.
Many bars in the building that are very loud every night.
Reception wanted to retain our passports which was never stated as a requirement in the ad.
