A very well managed hotel in a great location. Rooms are very quiet and comfortable and staff are very helpful, especially Jose who is always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast is very good too and alway hot tea available all day.

Great location for Candelaria festivity. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of choices offered at breakfast. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, as it is within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas and many restaurants. I also truly appreciated the staff, who were very attentive to all of our questions.

This hotel was a much-needed stay! It was so warm and they even have a wood-fired stove in the lounge. Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were spotless and modern.

Beautiful place, staff friendly and the food is excellent. They have a Oxigen tank and hot tea as needed for the high sickness . Room has an electrical heater and a good pressure of hot water. I am really enjoying this place.
