Hotel Conchiglia D'oro

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, all of them: receptionists, cleaning ladies, restaurant staff, pool staff and caretakers. They are helpful, efficient and just lovely people. The room was clean, spacious and had all we needed. The food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. There is plenty on site parking and the beach is few blocks away. There are very good restaurants, ice-cream and supermarket nearby. The beach itself was like a huge swimming pool with clear blue/green water. There is also a transfer from near the hotel to the airport that cost only €6/person. If I return to Sicily, I'll definitely stay at the Conchiglia D'Oro again.

Antonella, from the cleaning staff was knowledgeable and helpful. No microwaves or coffee machines in the room. The best part was enjoying the Resturant that’s across the street & pool!

Footsteps to the beach and the shopping District with restaurants and sovineer merchandise

This is an older hotel with older furnishings. The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were all professional and accommodating. Still, I would suggest using the in room safe as I had a precious necklace of great sentimental value go missing. I did email the hotel the same day of check out to see if they had found my necklace, but it was gone.

Interesting hotel.very clean would have been amazing in heyday.helpful staff.great pool could do with more umbrellas.breakfast very poor.limited snd ran out coffee machine urgently needs updating but we still enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is close to the beach, and everything is easily accessible, with signs along the way. The staff are very friendly. The pool area is a great retreat when the beach is crowded, and the breakfast is basic but tasty.

Hotel is a typical Italian hotel. Room smallest I have ever stayed in but decent enough. Unable to use wardrobe as not enough space to open comfortably. Need smaller furniture, although in good condition. Balcony great to take in the last of days sun and look at views. Reception staff very helpful especially James he was above and beyond. Swimming pool gem of hotel. Relaxed and decent size away from noise of town

Here are my honest ratings based on our stay experience for family of 4. Hotel Surroundings = 6 out of 10, shy, the hotel was build in 1958 and barely had any reconditioned, sometimes the elevator works and sometimes it doesn't Location = 8 out of 10, it was 10 minutes to the beach Amenities= there are no pool towels provided Aircon = there's a temperature control but it's controlled by the hotel and it will turn off by itself Cleanliness = 7.5 out of 10 Comfort = 5 out of 10 Bed is hard, our neck and shoulders were aching due to the springs on the mattress Breakfast = 8 out of 10 Staff = 8 out of 10 Wifi 1 out of -0, it doesn't work in the room or in the lobby! Overall experience =6.8; due to mattress not comfortable, no wifi, no pool towels and bath towels are very thin. We scored them high-five staff friendliness and professionalism!

They were updating the hotel, painting and working on the hallway of my room. The workers were loud and the paint fumes were strong.
