Good nice hotel, breakfast was great

Everything was great for our layover, was a nice option to rest a bit with breakfast and shuttle service

The room and hotel were very nice, I enjoyed staying there. The only reason why I have it an overall four stars is because the TV didn’t work and they couldn’t send someone to fix it, so it was a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that, it was great.

The room is clean and the breakfast is okay. The staff is kind and helpful. But the noise control is not good that we can hear others talk and open/close their doors all night.

This hotel was so clean, super comfortable, and the hot breakfast was great.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) The hotel itself was absolutely amazing! 😻 It was clean, comfortable, modern, and conveniently located near the airport, which made traveling for business incredibly easy. The bartender deserves a special shoutout—he was friendly, welcoming, and truly made our stay so much more enjoyable. He was definitely the highlight of our trip! Unfortunately, the customer service from the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. During our 3-day stay, we were unable to get fresh towels, room service, or even a consistently working room key. Our key only worked the first day, and after that we had to visit the front desk repeatedly just to get back into our room. Not to mention being locked out for over an hour when we returned late night. I reported these issues more than four times, yet it seemed like no one documented the complaints. Each time I had to explain the entire situation all over again, and the response was usually just, “Okay,” with no real follow-up or resolution. It was frustrating because these were basic issues that should have been addressed promptly. I truly wanted to give this hotel five stars because the property itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the bartender provided outstanding hospitality. If management can improve communication, documentation, and follow-through from the front desk staff, this hotel would be an easier recommendation.
